I'm Christian. I don't have much faith in any organized religion because there has been too much human nature imposed on the various denominations, and too many people have bent their religion to their own views. But I believe in God, and in God's word, and in what God wants for us.

Pleasure and money. lol
Actually, I'm a humanist.
I choose to trust in the nature of how humans act. Some will act "good", and some will balance that to act "bad".
Good and bad are subjective, so I base it only own view of good and bad.
Bad: Does it harm another person without justifiable cause? If yes, then I consider it bad. Justifiable cause would be something like defending yourself and/or family from an attacker, but killing him in the process (as the only means of stopping him/her).
Good: helping others in need and basically any action that doesn't inversely effect others.

Well praise the Lord!
When people ask me if I am "religious", I tell them, "well, maybe in your eyes I am, but, God does not favor religion."
The English word "religion" is derived from the Latin word religo, meaning to "bind up." Religion binds people up in rules and regulations or in ritualistic patterns of devotion.
God wants a relationship with us, not us to follow man's religion. In time, this is how the truth of who God is has become lost, I feel. We are to follow HIM,a nd His doctrine, and not man's rules, regulations and protocols. When you hear someone say "Well, I feel..." or "I think..." when asking what God intends, you know you're in trouble! lol
The world has deemed titles on types of faith. I am considered an Apostolic Pentecostal because I follow the doctrine of the apostles, and regularly experience what many did the day of Pentecost. Christianity is not my religion, but my way of life- it is who I am.
I was raised Catholic, and have been to many types of churches in my life. But I found only one that has taught the Bible through and through, word for word, not skipping verses, or picking and choosing certain ones- it teaches ALL of it, for reproof and correction, direction and encouragement. All to glorify God and salvation, nothing else. There isno power trip for the church or greed lingering agendas, just preaching the Word and proof people dont just "play" being Christian (Christ-lik), but they ARE Christ-like.
"These signs shall follow those that believe..." When we read that verse, and can say we have done those things in His Name, well, we're doin' alright lol

I have no religion. Religion is when you try to do something to please God. I am under grace, where the Lord Jesus Christ did it all for me. He died for my sins, He was buried and took my sins away and He rose again the third day for my justification. All I had to do was believe and trust in that. He did it all. Ephesians 2: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
