sin? disobeying the words of Jesus or disobeying the words of men?
Jesus said obey the laws of Moses.
The "apostles"( whom did not write the books of the NT) say they do not apply.
SO which should we do?

I think you are grossly oversimplifying this. Jesus said to obey the laws of Moses, but he also said that he IS the law of Moses. He also constantly argues against the pharisee's strict following of the law, and contradicted the law himself on many occasions. In the end, Jesus is less interested in the law than he is in being a good person and following the spirit and purpose of the law, not so much the law itself. When you take the Gospel as a whole, then the apostles are not contradicting Jesus at all.

That is the problem with cherry-picking the Bible like this. You pick out one little thing out of context, and it often does not hold up. Same holds true in most science books, as well. You wouldn't cherry-pick one small part of a physics book and try to solve all of the universe's quantum-physics mysteries, now would you?

Well obey the laws that Jesus told you to while doing your best to obey the ones of man, a priest said once that the laws of God are higher than the laws of man. Besides most laws of men come from the laws in the bible, since its common morality type things, you wouldnt steal from someone normally or kill them for no reason because you know inside you that its wrong no matter your religion.

Jesus said:
Mat 22:37-40 Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang ALL the Law and the Prophets.
We don't follow all the dietary and sacrificial laws of the O.T.

First yoyu lie about the Apostles not writing the books of the New Testament. This means that you are incapable of even asking an intelligent meaningful question.

Jesus and the Christin Church are true and the source of eternal like and forgiveness of sins. The number worldly enemy of Christ and the Christian Church, Talmudic Judaism, is the source of darkness and death. You seem to favor darkness and death.

Ignore "Jesus", "Moses", and other ancient texts.

Obey the laws of your city, state, and country.

Always consider the impact of your actions, avoid harming or hurting others, and contribute to the common good.

Jesus, I believe, addressed the spiritual life, not the secular life. He said give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and unto God that which is God's. When in this world, one must obey the laws of man for man has been given dominion over this world. such is my understanding.

You are to obey the Bible. If you believe in what it says then you will do what it says. I would suggest reading 1John 2:3-11. It may help you! God Bless.
