no.
We eat Papaya (up to three) after every meal--just about.
They taste just like candy. They HAVE to be chewed and they dissolve SOOOO fast.
But they are incredible!

The enzymes break down the food in your tummy, so it doesn't just SIT THERE.
It helps it move on through.

There are a lot of reasons for your gases. The most seen is gastritis. This gastritis makes you feel uncomfortable. Usually, it's caused by food, such as cheese. Cheese will make your gaster produce gases, but it could be caused by other factors. If it annoys you much, go see a doctor.

According to your too-short-explanation, I think it's not dangerous

Gastroentrinitis is usually caused by a contamination passed
by food/drink.It is acondition usually referred to as stomach flu.
I t is caused by several different viruses in your body.
Symptoms include bloated tummy, headaches, diarrhoea
vomiting ,bloating, wind as you described and tiredness.
Not usually a known cure only a vaccine given to replace any dehydration.
Drinking plenty of fluids( esp. water) avoiding seafood
and spicy foods as well as avoiding stress can lessen yr symptoms.
The GOOD news is that it can last from 2 days to 2 weeks and although no cure WHILE suffering im most cases it
does disappear and with you don't worry - it's not permanent.
Also try carrying around with you a pocket size anti-bacterial
hand liquid to stop cross contamination from others' hands, esp. as u not too well at the moment.
I wish you Great future health!

The heaviness you feel is the excess gas. Continue to pass it , when it gets trapped it causes the pain, drink lots of water, it will go away within a few days
