I have always been in the exact situation.. I think you should do what you FEEL is right.. If you are uncomfortable, you do what you think best! Especially if you have medical problems because of it a doctor recommendation will probably help for your insurance to cover it as well..
If you choose not to, Then I would embrace them. You were given what you were given and make the best of it. Find really great bra's at 'Lane Bryant' or look online for the best fitting and flattering ones. You should also know that curves are 'IN' and many many women pay lot's of money for what you have..

A friend of mine just had the procedure done and she is very happy, she was some obscure letter that I didn't even know existed. She went down to a D. You can really tell how her attitude changed and she is much more comfortable. I saw her two days after the surgery and she was fine and walking around. Apparently it requires a fairly short recover period. I know for her, it really changed her life; so there is nothing wrong with doing some research and finding out the facts to see if this is something you really want to do.

i got my breast reduction 2 days ago (august 1st) and even though my nipple looks odd still right now, i'm absolutely happy i did it. i lost 1500 grams from each breast so i'm 6lbs lighter. they reduced my from a 40ddd to a big c small d (can't tell yet cuz of the swelling).
the procedure takes about 3 hours and i'm not going to lie it is pretty painful where they did the lipo, but they give you muscle relaxants and pain killers.
but now my breasts are perky and pretty, my fiance thinks i look sexier than before (he didn't think he'd like them this much) and i can't wait to go bra and bikini shopping.
the procedure is worth it, girl, you should get it done.

I would say, only get a breast reduction if it pains you to stand up or something of the sort. If you like them then embrace them, and wear bigger shirts, not the crazy low ones or it you do, wear a bra and a built in bra cami. 36DDD is a lot, your not that big it seems, your back is relatively small, that's my back width and I'm a 36D, I like my breasts, they're hot and maybe you should learn how to like yours too. Losing weight is also proven to help you lose "boobage" so try that, surgery should be the last thing you resort to.

Hi wan! Are you overweight or just wealthy on the breast department? I just to feel like that, so what helped me was to lose a little bit of weight (not much 8lbs) and then I got myself a very nice supply of sports bras; sports bras are designed to give you more support and keep the girls in place instead of trying to break free, your clothes are gonna look much better and you are gonna walk more confident. Ask the lady on the store to help you with your measures, We usually buy the wrong size. Good luck.

The decision is up to YOU !
If you have back pain and health issues, then you could get it covered by insurance (it covered my $8,000 reduction 100%).
I had mine done Feb 2006 and do not regret it one bit.

I would definitely reduce them. Your back must kill you. When I had my first baby I went up to a 36DD and I wondered why would a woman want her chest to be this big. Be sure to find a good Dr.
