I have a small portable sony, the batteries last about 4 hrs, and it came with a spare. That would give you 8hrs. They run from 40.00 to 300.00 I paid 65.00 at Big Lots. But they are nice to have.

i'm an engineer and learned a lot in the boy scouts

experiment and be prepared.

regardless of the literature get a full charge of batteries and play it before u go. then u know and know how many sets of batteries to charge up or buy.

all units will be different, even the same make/model won't necessarily be exactly the same
