The vengeful Christian or the spiteful atheist?

(The chicken and the egg thing is getting old)

Well, might the Christian be placid and serene without any dispute to their beliefs, ergo NOT vengeful? I am speaking about a vengeful Christian.

The Spitefull Atheist. Why? Because Christianity isn't the first religion.

Edit: Why do I get any thumbs down for this! Anyone with a brain knows Christianity wasn't the first religion. Secondly there must have been Atheists before Christians for that exact reason. Third Atheism doesn't just apply to the Christian god.

The spiteful Atheist. Since Christ instructed us to go into all the world and preach the gospel (Mark 16:15), some of those who were first being told about Christ, must not have liked what they were hearing -- so they became spiteful -- and didn't believe -- so they became Atheist. (Although I don't believe Christians to be vengeful, or all Atheists to be spiteful. Those were your words.)

Guess it's relative to what you are. As a Christian I was faced with the spiteful atheist here on R&S, before I ever became a vengeful Christian. An atheist might say they were faced here on R&S with a vengeful Christian before they ever became spiteful.

Ofcourse, I won't count the vengeful Christians that I met in life before R&S, in line with the atheist not couning the spiteful atheists encountered pre-R&S!

The difference between the first and the second is that both the chicken and the egg are nutritious, and therefore contribute to well-being.

The vengeful Christian and spiteful atheist contribute little, IMO.

Vengeful Christian. Our records of atheism only date back a few hundred years.

Vengeful christian. Nobody ever started a war or killing crusade on the grounds of atheism.

Kinda silly question, dodn't you think? I mean, without the vengeful Christian, the spiteful atheist wouldn't be spiteful. Cause. Effect.

Definitely the vengeful Christian because the atheists weren't spiteful until the Christians started saying they would burn them and stone them to death.
