Here are some:
J'aime votre style/vos techniques -- I like your style/the techniques you use.
J'aime vos ballades, vos mélodies, vos arrangements/harmonies -- I like your ballads, your melodies, your harmonies ("arrangements" is a synonym for "harmonies" in French)
J'aime votre rythme -- I like your beat

This is a lot trickier than it looks, because funnily enough, there is no exact equivalent to "I love the way you guys sound." You have to be either more specific, or more generic. In that respect, I mostly agree with gene_laz. If you say, "j'aime votre son," it refers mostly to the technical aspect of it - the way you are miked, amps and sound effects, but not necessarily the music itself.
To be less specific, rather than "j'aime votre musique," we would more often say simply, "j'aime bien ce que vous faites" - I like what you guys do (by the way, we say "j'aime bien" or "j'aime beaucoup" more often than just "j'aime" even though it's perfectly correct).
If you want to be more specific, then you can say, "j'aime beaucoup votre style," that will refer strictly to the music, not attitude or the way they dress, or simply, "j'aime bien vos chansons" - I like your songs.
Finally, "arrangements" means exactly the same in both languages, while in French, harmonies will refer more often to chord progressions than to backing vocals; a band is "un groupe"; and you're right not to want to use "bruit" - very few musicians like to be complimented only on the noise they make...

It doesn't It's just that it's easier to write english lyrics to a tune than to make the words fit in the rhythm in other languages. It's just the vast amount of one- and two-letter words in English that accounts for this
