I was wearing jeans that were WAY too tight, because I didn't realize that I'd outgroown them. I wore them about 2-3 times after I outgrew them, and now the veins in my inner thigh hurt *really* badly. Is it a bad idea to rub my legs? How do I fix this? (Needless to say, I'm not gonna wear those pants anymore lol) Thanks!

Your veins are hurting because you cut off the circulation. Of course visiting a doctor is a good idea to get a full analysis. You can apply ice packs on the areas of pain for fifteen minutes, several times a day.

You shouldn't exercise the same part of your body every day. Every other day is better. The reason for that is to give your muscles a chance to repair themselves, dissipate the lactic acid buildup from using them, and to restore their energy. Aleve works very well as a pain reliever.

Go visit your primary care doctor or a vascular surgeon, it could be a much more serious issue.
