My daughter was living with her father and she has moved back in with me for good, me and her father do not have the money to go back to court, and he does not want me to pay the child support order any longer since my daughter is living with me. Is there a form online that we can both sign to have child support dropped with out going thru an atty. or back to court?? We live in Indiana.

You should be able to go to your local court house and you and him be able to get a form similar to what you need. Courts are the only way to get a child custody or child support order dropped. It will be cheaper to go to the court house on your own rather than hiring an attorney.

You need to check that out with the state of Indiana. Really you need a lawyer as a judge is the only one who can make those changes. However, your ex could simply give you the money back, couldn't he?
