It says that i need a cosigner, and my parents would be my only choice, however my parents have declared bankruptcy. Any Suggestions?

Go for a Stafford loan through FAFSA Here is a link:

You can apply for Stafford loans. They might not give you much (a couple of thousand I believe depending on what level of year in the program you are in) but it doesn't require any credit checks. Plus, it doesn't require you to have your parents co-sign it neither.

On nost of the non-governmental loans, your parents do not need to co-sign. An aunt, uncle or even a friend can do it
