For one thing you really need to eat more than that. Ideally you should eat 6 meals a day. I know it sounds crazy but that is the only way to keep your metabolism up and you need to keep it up in order to loose weight. If your really dedicated you need to stick to a routine and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. For breakfast I would recommend fat free cottage cheese and a piece of fruit. It's actually the best protein that you can eat as far as the nutrients it has. I would also work out before I eat breakfast in the morning because it has been proven that you can loose more weight if you work out on an empty stomach in the morning. Well hope this helps!

yes, you would lose weight eating like this. I would recommend 1,200 calories a day. That's the healthiest amount for losing weight. explore low fat cook books and learn some new recipes that will keep your dieting interesting. It's very hard to stick with such a strict program like you have outlined.
Here's a recipe that might help you.
Banana Roll Treat
1 medium banana
1 Tbsp. of wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp. of honey
1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 Tbsp. of low sodium peanut butter
1 oz. of barley nugget cereal (Grape Nuts or similar)
Mix the cereal, wheat germ, and pumpkin pie spice in shallow dish. Smear peanut butter and honey on banana. Roll banana in the cereal mix to coat. Refrigerate, or eat immediately!

You will for a while and then your body will stop allowing weight loss as you enter the first stage of starvation. They best way to diet is to eat at least five small meals per day, two of which are snacks (fruit and yogurt). Your body need nutrients and with the diet you propose, you will end up starving yourself and doing more harm than good.

Yeah, its called starvation. First you'll lose some fat, then mostly muscle-- keep in mind your heart is a muscle... your body will hold on to the fat to keep you alive since it will think you are starving, that's why you'll lose muscle.
Just eat a balanced diet-- several small meals not three large ones-- tat will keep you metabolism moving. Exercise. It's not a mystery how to lose weight.

eating too much yogurt can be dangerous to your health. because the yogurt is made out of dairy (like milk), intaking too much can cause scurvy and end in an unneeded end.
but regulating what you eat during your diet and excercising (as written in the question) will help someone lose weight for a while. but they are going to have to change their diet program once their body gets used to it.

Probably...but you will most likely feel like crap. It's not enough calories especially if you exercise. Where are the whole grains? Breakfast should be the largest meal along with small healthy snacks over the course of the day. If you eat like you say, your body will go into starvation mode and retain whatever it can.
