I would have a bigger dinner and a snack somewhere in there. Do you know why?

At the most it sounds like you would consume 700 calories for that day. That could put your body into a starvation mode where it stores excess fats because it thinks your starving it. The reason being that your body requires a minumum of 1200 calories per day, maybe a little more if you exercise.

Have one extra thing in each of those meals, along with a snack, and yes, I would say that is a safe and sufficient diet in losing weight.

Your daily calorie total appears to be a bit too low.
You would lose weight in the beginning but you will also slow your metabolism down to a crawl and will start to gain even if you don't eat much.

For breakfast why not have the yogurt & fruit or toast & fruit?
You should also be having a snack between meals to keep your metabolism up. It could be fat free cheese cubes, a piece of fruit or yogurt. You could also opt for plain oatmeal--excellent for a diet.

You will also need some sort of a snack after dinner to hold you until breakfast. Fat free ice cream or fruit and cheese is good.

Also try to add in a big plain green salad. Or a salad with the new Wishbone spray on dressings. They only have around 2 calories per spray and if you spray it three times on your salad you can have a big salad for around 50 calories. The salad is crunchy and will fill you up. The water content of the salad will also help remove fat from your body.

Eat just a bit more and you'll do well.

Thats too little calories and too less frequent.
First of all you will need to add two more meals to your diet and have your meals once every 3 hours, this will kick start your metabolism. Next thing, you need to add some protein to your Breakfast and lunch.
Eggs are good for breakfast. If you are a vegetarian, then lentils, beans, chick peas along with veggies for lunch.
Take some brown rice (pilaf) 2 hours before your workout.
After your workout take some protein shake. Thats 4 meals so far, followed by dinner in 2-3 hours. I am assuming you workout later in the day. I know a lot of people recommend having yogurt as a diet food. But the only time it is a diet food is right after your workout, since it has so much sugar.
Again make sure your metabolism doesn't slow down, that is the key. Good luck.

You might for a little while, but it's not enough to keep your metabolism revved up. Your body will slip into starvation mode, holding onto your fat because it's not getting enough calories. If you'd like to lose more weight, eat some protein for breakfast (egg whites are a good option), eat every 3-4 hours, and throw variety into your diet because chances are you'll be burned out on this very quickly.

Yes, keep the fats down, try non-fat yogurt and a variety of vegetables. Green vegetables are great but also peppers are great for metabolism. I believe that if you are working out alot that you could use some more carbohydrates. Remember that cardio is great to maintain weight but lifting is the best way to lose weight because the more muscle build you have the more calories your body needs to maintain that muscle. So you can burn calories while you run but when lifting you burn during and long after because your body is rebuilding those muscles throughout the day.

For one, you'll faint. If you eat a cup of skim yogurt, you'll get around 100 calories from it. Plus, 30-40 from a fruit. Moral, you are eating around 500 a day, which takes you nowhere.

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at least 1200-1500 calories, so that you also have enough energy to exercise.

If you want to lose fat you have no alternative but to do cardio.

You should loose weight on this diet, but this is not something some can do for a life time. Find out if you have any food allergies, Start at http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html to gen info on MSG, and Gluten. Drink water, green tea without sugar. You can eat fish with a veggie and a starch such as baked potato or brown rice. These foods are fine. No sodas or junk.

You would lose some weight at first but you don't want to give your body too few calories. When you cut on calories too much your body goes in to survival mode and holds on to as many calories as it can and you won't lose weight. Talk to a personal trainer or look online for how many calories you burn in a day and cut under that. Your meal plan looks good but you need to probably add some more protein as snacks.

It's likely that your weight loss might slow down if you start eating alot more for lunch, as what you are currently eating doesn't have a very big calorie count. The cheese and mayo are quite high in fat and calories but in small doses would be okay. Maybe have that once or twice a week and have plain salad sandwiches with some low fat mayo the rest??

sure. if you don't fall asleep first. HOLY UNDERCALORIES! please consider adding to... well each meal and two or three snacks! you can't burn calories if you don't eat enough to give you the energy! (i'll assume you've heard of starvation mode as well.) check out bill phillips book body for life. it's a lot more practical and you can do it for life. you won't last more than a few weeks on what you have written... that's if you are really driven! it's jut ot practical... plus you won't have any friends or a life eating like that. (take it from someone who knows!) i'm assuming you are probably young. if you check out that book and start practicing it now... you'll be the best looking one in the room, especially the older you get. don't shoot your metabolism now, or you'll pay for it as you age... then you'll be twice as depressed about getting older!!!

remember carbs are your brains friend! happy eating!
