I'm thinking about getting it to learn German but since it is so expensive I would like to get a few opinions on it.

I was trying to learn Japanese with it, and it`s definately one of the best programs there is. Just as the person above said, don`t even think about buying it. Download it for free using torrents, because it`s just way too expensive.

Nothing will replace good old private teacher anyway.

I am using that program to learn Spanish. It's an awesome program. It takes what you already know by using picture sound assocation and teaches you a new language. I have already learned a lot of Spanish. It's definitely worth while. Also I got the complete set for free from www.torrentz.com no need to spend a bunch of money on something you aren't sure about.
