Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to say something nice when you're arguing. Research facts that support your argument, so your audience may be more persuaded. Then present in a mature and business-like fashion. That is how you properly debate, whether it be religion or another topic.

People are even arguing with you about whether

i believe tha r&s is an amazing place because people can come here and say whatever they want and the worse thing they have to worry about is making someone mad and maybe getting some vile words sent their way. i am thankful that America has given us the freedom of speech. i love God!

I express my lovefor fellow humans by letting them know that they're complete idiots. A bit dysfunctional, but it works for me
