Hi,

It could be due to a couple different factors:

There are certain foods that naturally produce more gas than others. Beans, Broccoli, (cooked) onions, carbonated beverages etc..

There is also the problem of lack of good digestion that can cause gas/excess gas. - this does not occur with everyone... it depends on how well one chews their food and takes the time to "eat". It also depends how much stomach acid one has, as this is what helps to digest the food that has been eaten.

food that have mixed content like beans have both high percentage of protein and fibers ....
so foods like these cause confusion for the stomck weather this food is protein or sugar so incomplete digestion happen ... this incomplete digested food when it passes through the bowels it encounter some normal bacteria and those bacteria digest the food and from this digestion gases are produced

sugar ferments in the stomache and creates gas so stay away from anything sugary, refreshers sweets do it for me :)
