I like this girl but I am not sure if she is just being nice or likes me, I would like to tell her that I do.?

(I already posted this but was hoping for more good answers)

I have known this girl for several months now and we get along great. We have not seen each other in a while but we keep in touch. At first we were chatting a lot over facebook and stuff, but eventually she just randomly called me and we were talking for about an hour.

I did ask her if she wanted to get together and hang out sometime and she said yes, but we both have been busy this week. I really like this girl and want to tell her how I feel (I dont know if I can wait until we eventually meet up) I would like to write her or tell her without seeming creepy.

Im not sure if this girl is just being nice or if she likes me.
I just need some general advice (I know half of the responses are gonna say 'tell her face to face' but im kind of a shy guy, not super shy, I just lack some confidence)

I really don't want to lose her as a friend!

It's nice you've found someone you connect with, and that you have good conversation.

I think that, if she already said she'd like to get together, then she is probably attracted to you.

Just take things as they come and i hope you two get together soon, and do something enjoyable.

Well, I think you should wait face to face. I understand that you're shy, but you don't have to come out and say "I like you". You don't even have to say anything. Actions speak louder than words. If you absolutly cannot wait, then do something cute before getting together to let her know. Send her a text message saying you're excited to see her.. or when you do get together say she looks pretty...

little things like that will work.. :)


oh.. and do not act like you lack confidence. Women are attracted to confidence.. even if you lack it.. fake it! We will never know. Personally, I like a guy who's "in demand" haha :) good luck!

well u should really get some confidence first. If u are sure she likes u ( or at lest hopes she does) than maybe u should try and tell her in another way tht u like her, eg, text msg, facebook, write to her ( jus dont make it sound weird), stuff like tht if u dont want to tell straight in the face. if she rejects u then dont be discouraged, there are always many other girls who u will soon star to like

Hey, Ive been in your situation before and its really tough i know. The way I found out whether the person liked me or not was by studding there body language and how they reacted to the things i said, if that doesn't work though try to talk about it to some of her friends. i hope you get the girl you want!

Yea I have had that happen before as well. I ended up getting burned for it, so my answer might seem a little biased. I would wait for her to make the first move. If you start feeling like its taking too long for her to make the move, do it yourself.

she might like you and want to be ur friend. but try to be really nice and hug and tickle her alot. then when you see her kiss her on the cheek when she sees you. i do that with guys i like and we finally tell each other we like each other.
