Probably sneaking up to your as i write this to pop a postcard through your letter box, saying he came round and you was out! Its industry standard, they get a list of jobs to do each day, and cant fit them all in, so a postcard is issued and you rebook. They still get paid some ! and you have to book another day off work !

When dealing with gas/electricity company's remember you are the customer give THEM an appointment time say between 10:00 till 11:00 and if they are not their at that time you will cancel you account and switch to a new supplier..works every time

Well, Dave it is now 15.05 and I hope he has arrived by now. Otherwise he has only about 2 hours before the working day is over. We all know that utilities men don't work beyond 5pm.
