It doesn't say that. God said he gave all for food, He didn't say we had to eat it.

God doesn't force us to eat whatever we might encounter on the Earth, but he is making clear that no one should stop anyone from eating what he wants to on religious ground. You are allowed to dislike a food just because you don't like it but not because religion forbids.
As far as things like worms etc are concerned, some thing that is horrible for a particular person might turn to be a delicacy for another group: French eat frogs while English don't. There are edible caterpillars eaten in Africa which some would find distasteful. I can't eat raw fish even called with the cute name sushi and the list goes on.

Paul indicated to eat what others were eating in the social setting where you found yourself. And not be a hypocrite when the Jewish Christians were present with their beliefs. Some people do eat about everything one time or another. Jesus said it was not what went into a man that defiled him but what came out of the mouth (heart). So knock youself out eating what ever you want just make sure what comes out, even questions on YA, are from pure motives before God.

Watch Andrew Zimmern on TV, he eats some of the most disgusting things possible. By the way, a few years ago people had earth-worm farms. Worms were raised for food - - - very high in protein.

actually I agree that we should try to eat all things- whatever the bible says! To a certain extent....although eating burgers and nasty meat seems wrong...it is actually better to eat the whole COW than just the tender sweet parts! That way, nothings going to waste!
Imagine if we all only ate one thing........it's all about balance.

Almost every single living thing is eaten somewhere in our world. Worms, spiders, slugs, etc.
And if we did not have choices, we would be eating them too.

Worms are just soil wrapped up in skin, so the food value would be minimal, I guess.
