Why do you have to get your team to go there at lunch? If they don't like the place, I doubt anything you'll say will convince them. Maybe you should look for a different place to suggest. Or maybe they just don't want to go with you - and in this case you've got a whole bigger problem on your hands ;)

Typically because they either can't afford it, or don't think it's appropriate to return to the office smelling of beer .. so you could offer to buy trhem a soft drink :-)
Actually, I often refused to go because it was enough of a struggle to be polite and professional to my useless workshy colleagues during working hours and had no wish to waste my own time on them :-)
