am hypertensive on medication does it cause bad chronic cough?

Since I started taking this meds I started having bad cough

I woud be surprised if they are the cause.
Hypertensives are usuallyDiuretics which make you wee more to reduce blood volume, beta blockers which slow your metabolism and heart rate, or calcium channel blockers or ace inhibitors which make your arteries dilate so blood can flow more easily.
Check your symptoms with your pharmacist and if still not sure check with your doctor.

i have heard there are some kinds that do cause a cough. so get a new kind and try it
