my stomach wasnt sick iwent to sneeze and there it happened

Long story. Here it is in dot points.
- When you sneeze, pressure in your abdomen skyrockets (try it).
- This high pressure temporarily puts huge pressure on your stomach, causing it to be 'squashed'
- This squashing causes leakage of some of the gastric contents up into your oesophagus.
- Vomit moves up your oesophagus, to your oropharynx then out your nose.

The force of your sneeze forced everything behind the pressure through your nose since your mouth and eyes were closed.

well the thing is vomit when induced is passed up through your esophagus and sometimes it continues up and ejects out of the nasal cavity.
well you see you may not have been retching properly and/or you ate something you shouldnt have.
I know many people that it has happened to and you will live, as long as the reason for vomiting in the first place is nothing serious.

Sounds like you had a build up of acid in your tummy, and the sneeze brought it forth. Stay away from acidic stuff today, no citrus fruits, juices etc.

eewww, I did that. its when you have food on top of a gas bubble down your throat. when it rises up your throat, with the digested food on top, it comes out the hole with least resistance, nose or mouth
