Fastest way to get rid of a pimple...i don't have much time help?

Ok so whats the best way to get rid of one? and whats the fastest, i know it may be impossible but i only have like 2 hours to get rid of this thing...HELP!?

Sqeeze the skin just around it really hard until it pops. Then feed your self doxycyclin, 100 grams a day. I started a few days ago and my skin is already much better. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doxycyclin

Listerine, clean it with a cotton ball and some Listerine
