For being 5'4 and 115 pounds at 12 years old, that's about perfect. You're going to be probably pretty tall by the time you're done growing! Don't worry too much about your weight, it'll change as you're growing, as it should. Just keep active and remember what your health teacher taught you! You should be eating a balanced meal (with not too much sweets!) and keeping fit--if you're doing that, then you're doing awesome! :)

Woahh there! Bulimia? At 12 years old? That is insane! I think you aren't being a 12 year old. Your growing, so you get taller and weight comes off like "poof", but if you want to lose weigh right now, all you need to do is crunches, sit-ups eat all the meals(3), and eat really good. like stir-fry foods and seafood too. I think you should do some sports, Or run, Running makes you lose a LOT of weight. Run about 30 minutes or more A DAY. (: && One rule; Have FUN loosing weight. Like, do soccer or make your favorite healthy dish. (: Don't make it boring doing cardio and starving, nooo. Please don't do that, especially at your age. (: Hope this helped. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

No! It's just right. From what I heard,that's a healthy weight for your age and height,but if you insist on going on a diet,2 weeks is the maximum,because otherwise you'll get too thin.

you are a perfect weight. girls have a tendency to have that pouch because we have more fat naturally than men. i usee to be overweight, i was 120 and five feet tall. you could probably even gain a few pounds if you wanted to!

Just a little bit. 110 or so pounds would be normal for you. Remember though, you're still growing so if you insist on dieting, don't go overboard with it or you could cause serious damage to your health. Cheers.
