Generally, yes. Any parole violation generally triggers the remaining outstanding sentence.

But it's up to the courts to determine if that citation was actually a parole violation, based on the terms of the parole and the relevant laws in the jurisdiction.

Yes, they could be sent back to prison. ANY violation of parole conditions (which includes ANY criminal charge) can / will result in the parole being revoked and the parolee going back inside. The State and the Dept of Corrections there will be mitigating factors. If the prisons are at or over capacity he might get a break, but don't count on it. If he's only been out 3 months and is already getting arrested, then odds are he's gonna wind up getting his parole revoked eventually.

It is up to the parole board to determine the violation. The breaking of any law while on parole is a violation. Now it will be up to the courts how they handle the new charge/citation.

The remaining parole, plus one year for the violation, plus any additional time if convicted of the illegal transport charge.

Yes..

Any and all parole documents state that being arrested for any NEW criminal offense is an automatic violation of said persons parole. They could be violated and returned to prison for the remainder of their sentence.

About time. The poor guy was just trying to help people who were in horrible pain. It's inhumane to let a dog suffer who is pain and dying. Yet a human who is in pain dying shouldn't be able to get help in ending their life if they choose. They themselves being of sound mind.
