I bought my PS3 a week after launch in November 2006. I was lucky enough to find a random shipment at a gamestop while I was waiting for my pre-order to come in.
I paid $600.00 dollars U.S. for it and it has been worth every penny. (plus tax)

Uhh...your gonna hate me for this...but i did get a free PS3. my mom got mad becuase she thought it was a scam, but in like a month in came in, only bad thing is that they spamed our mail box and postal thing(forgot what it was called) with junk mail...Soo..yeah i wish i hadnt done that
