can't make up my mind...which is yummier? i'll be having one of these w/ a banana and 1 hard boiled EGG WHITE =]


1cp Cheerios w/ skim milk
1cp Fiber One w/ skim milk
1 Whole wheat bagel (150Cal.) w/ 1tsp fat free cream cheese

I've been having Cheerios, or the Trader Joe's equivilent for way too many mornings because it's healthy, low sugar, no corn syrup/high fructose corn syrup, and because I've been getting the big boxes of Cheerios on sale (and Kix, even though they're low in sugar, they contain corn syrup) for no more than $1.50 a box.

I've had Fiber One and like it okay, but I mix it with other cereals.

However, the bagel can be a decent choice, especially since it's whole wheat. However, I would go with some all natural fruit spread (all-natural meaning sugar free and no artificial sugar substitutes, just fruit and pectin) and maybe some Smart Balance spread.

I don't do eggs, so I wouldn't have the egg white at all.

What u like is yummy.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
