In Phillipines there are beautiful beaches, glorious mountains, gorgeous waterfalls, amazing wildlife, and some of the friendliest most hospitable people you will ever find.
But, if you're asking where are Embassies and Consulates located.. Manila and Cebu would be your two major choices.
