The Bible says that God created evil.
Isaiah 45:7 "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."

Aloha Calchas,
You asked: "If God is the source of all things is he not also the source of evil?" If you believe in God, then the answer has to be a big Yes! Personally, I think we blame too much of man's own evil on our imaginary superbeings, be they God or Satan.
There's too much tendency to attribute to God the evils that man does of his own free will.
— Agatha Christie
The belief in a supernatural source of evil is not necessary; men alone are quite capable of every wickedness.
— Joseph Conrad
A religion can no more afford to degrade its Devil than to degrade its God.
— Havelock Ellis
The devil and God are components of a Siamese twin. Neither has any existence apart from the other. In denying the existence of the one, Christians have helped to kill the other. If there need to be no fear of hell, people may well ask what is the attraction of heaven? Gods and devils were born together. Gods and devils will die together.
— Chapman Cohen
If religion cannot restrain evil, it cannot claim effective power for good.

if God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, and infinite, in what manner could a duality such as good vs evil, exist, from that perspective?
theres no difference between 700 degrees, and 1000,000 degrees of heat, to an ice cube.
God is not "good" in that it is entirely apart from "evil". rather it is "Good" in that it choses to be Beneficient.
God is the source of all that is. all that is, exists because God choses for it to exist. all things, have their time, reason, and purpose.
to those that say "no, there is nothing evil about god, the devil is the source of evil!" .... who created the devil, who caused that evil source to come into existance?
to say that God is not the source of all, is to say that there is some force, equal or greater than God, that creates in opposition to God,
and in that case.. well God just wouldn't be very omnisicent or omnipotent at all.

No, God is Love, there is nothing evil about Him. The Devil is the source of evil, and he does exist - even Jesus knew that. Sure there's a lot of evil in this world, but we must keep believing, and each of us must do his or her share - love your neighbour as God loves you. We must love one another. Never give up on good, turn your back on evil. Accept Jesus as your saviour and you will never know fear again. God loves you.

God can't do everything or rather, God can do anything that is a thing.
Free will without the possibility of evil is not a logical construct. You can't make a logical statement by just stringing words together. Love is not possible without free will; it is embodied in the definition.

Understand that God is NOBODY, yet God is EVERYBODY. What is evil? That which is not good is evil. What is good? That which is not evil is good.
May be what is good for A it is evil for B and vice versa. God created good only e.g. you are good but you are given freedom to be evil. Do you want to be evil? No. Then please try to see good in every evil.
People crucified Jesus, crucifixion was evil. OK. Had it not happened, could we know Jesus?
So be happy and believe what HE designs is for the good only, even if you feel it evil.

No! Satan is the source of all evil. God does allow us to choose and Satan is there to tempt us and start us down the wrong path. His goal is to add souls to his kingdom. But keep in mind, Satan's son did not die for you. God's did. Make a choice - which should you folow, Satan or God?

That depends entirely on what you call "evil".
More particularly it depends on whether you consider "evil" to be a "thing" or a lack thereof.
Afterall..... I am a follower of that which even the christians will agree is older than god: Nothingness.

Yes and no. IMO, nothing is good or evil to God, good and evil are matters of human perspective. What might be good to one person is definately evil to at least another person. IMO, God just creates, it is people who judge.
