My meal plan pretty much consists of bagel in morning/coffeeOJ. lunch would be quesadilla/chicken, coke...and dinner would be slice pizza sweet tea. I am 23, I weigh 116 and i am 5'8''. I am not getting fatter(yet) and I dont eat that much at meals but i get full. obviously this isnt exactly what i eat every day, but mix and match...i like carbs. any ways to maintain this eating habit but by being healthy? can i just add fruits maybe? i eat meat occastionally. I am not anorexic either, i just like carbs. haha. will i be fat when i am old? haha. but seriously...any insight?
