it will not work - all you can lose by starving your body is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism and feed the cycle of yo-yo dieting. you will end up with higher body fat percentage.
body needs 50cal/hours just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
to lose fat you have to create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Rou you are pretty normal for your age/height. If you feel you still want to lose few pound I would recommend something like 1300/1500 calorie diet (I'm assuming you are as active as average person your age). 750 calorie diet is extremely hard to stick to, and in your case might cause more bad than good. Your body is still growing so you needs a lot of nutrient and proteins.
Eat more greens, less fats and pick up hobbies like running or basketball - it's much healthier alternative :)

You will die.
So just forget about doing this.
A persons weight isn't somethng they pick out of a hat.
I think 100 shold be the lowest you try to acheive though.

However, I thikn becomig a diet-head girl so ealry on in life is ridiculous. Just eat the right food. What's right? Go online and look it up. You'll learn something valuable.

Your calorie intake is unrealistic. If you don't like the way you looks, i.e. you size then you shoudl exer-'size' get it?
Plus that is a much much better way to burn som extra calories instead of forcibly vutting of your nutrition.

If you cut back on your food like that.. not to be cliche but, you'll never gorw and you'll be 5'4" forever. Trust me, you want to be taller. So eat!

At 12 you should not diet. If your are concerned about your weight take up some form of exercise and try to eat more healthy foods and less junk.

At 12 you are bound to put on a little fat here and there as your body prepares to change from a child into a woman. Let it be and give yourself a break.

Does your mother know you want to diet?

You will be starving yourself!! You need to consume at least 1200 calories a day, no less.

You can even take vitamins, minerals, and drink all the water you want and you'll still either die or become severly ill because you still need a certain amount of fat, carbs, and protein.

750 calories a day is not enough to provide you with your rda of protien, fat, and carbs.

People who are anorexic do not look healthy nor is their thinking right!! Anorexia is a mental illness, so please, do not listen to Sexythang.

Please, at 12 .. if you are going to diet, diet right.

No, it would make you ill. You are a growing young lady, and your current weight is about perfect for your height. If you were to lose that much weight, you would damage your health severely. Your periods will stop, your hair will fall out, and your teeth will suffer. You will stop growing as well. At 12, you are still growing, probably have a couple inches to go just yet. To do that growing, your body needs the energy and building materials to do it with, and that comes from a sensible balanced diet. You would do better to exercise and stay fit, which looks a lot better than bones on a sick looking girl. Do yourself a favor, eat a sensible balanced diet and exercise. Get fit and stay fit, healthy is much more attractive.

U weigh normal. It seems to be absurd to reduce ur food intake to such an extent.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
