make healthy food choices - whole grains like old fashioned oatmeal, wild and brown rice, whole wheat bread/pita/wraps/pasta, lean meats like chicken and turkey breasts, healthy fats like nuts, avocados, nut butters, flax oil, fruit, berries, veggies, soy and milk products and legumes.
read labels and see what you are eating, try eating organic food as much as you can, especially meat
drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
try exercising at least 3 times a week - stay as active as you can
stay away from processed foods, junk food, fried and oily foods, sodas, alcohol, candy, simple carbs and sugar loaded foods, keep cholesterol and sodium intake down
take multivitamin and other vitamins (whatever your needs are) with breakfast
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones - that way your body get enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves (which happens when you eat 3 big meals a day) and it keeps your blood sugar more stable

If someone give you a short answer you'll probably think that's nt what you're looing for.
If someone give you a long answer it will be daunting.

The best way tostart is to start slow. The hardest part is going to be the consistency of the actions themselves. Furthermore, everyday will and cannot be the same. If I told you to eat liver everyday and one day you didn't... omg!

So, yeah everyday will not be cookie cutter. For example... your first day will be start where you only do small things, and then as yo progress you do more. Make sense?

A good place to start is with what you eat. So here is a little plan on how to change what you eat.

Food Shifting

a. first get knowledgable about what is good for you, what isn't and what things may be hyped up as too good or too bad. For example, oil. You can always always always put as much Oliv oil into or onto anytihng you want and this is good for you. So "oil is bad" is not a good mantra. Knowledge on good or bad oil is necessary .

1. What it in your fridge/house than you really shold eat anymore?
- make a list of it. Is it your fav?
- Eat it. Eat it all as much as you want. You can buy it again (in a smaller amount) once. Then you never buy it again ok? So enjoy.

2. Do that with all of the "not good for you" thngs that you'd have a seriously hard time just going cold turkey on. Also, it's not good to waste fod, so unless you have someone in need of some grub that you ca give it to, throwing it away is like...

3. Do you exercise?
- if you don't you need to start.. slow of course.
- pick an exercise of your choice. Anything will do.
- On he first day do it for like 2minutes. Easy huh. Try to and a minute (set, rep, lap etc etc) each day or so untill you get to a moderate level of over 30 minutes of exercise per day.

4. Save some money
- start a healthy fund. "good for you food" typically cost more than and comes in less quanityt than bad stuff. In order not to feel disgruntle about buying only healthy food that cost a lot that first time, you need a little stash for it. Up to $50 should be fine.

5. Diminish
- Unless you have a family. You need to slowly have less food in your house overall. This is coupled with #1 and #1. Esessntially you're not replacing the bad things as you eat them.

6. In with the new
- This may not happen until a few months down the line but by now your pantry and fridge should have less and less tihngs that come in cans.
- Now that there's way less food in your house overall (i.e. less things you will opt to eat over the healthy stuff) you can have space for healtheir things
- Take the money from #4 , ad add it the amount you used to spend on gorceries (prior to #1) Then go shopping and buy only those foods you now know (from [a]) are good for you.
- One or teo indulgent snacks is ok. but keep it small and under $5 if possible.

^_^ ok off you go

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
