DRINKING is the deadliest of all sins as the influence of the drink will lead the drinker to do any other sin, however deadlier it may be.

Friend,
committing suicide is the deadliest of all sins.
for such persons, shastras say that no further Shraadha karmaas, or at least even Jala tarpanam shall not be offered.
One has no right to take away the Life given by HIM , forcibly.

I believe he is talking about the seven deadly sins, not all the sins in the world. obviously murder is deadly, but that's not one of the seven deadly sins. the seven deadly sins are as follows: Pride, Greed, Envy, Gluttony, Sloth, Wrath, and Lust.
OUT OF those, I would have to say that wrath is the deadliest of sins because people do a lot of horrible things when they are angry. wrath can lead to murder, jealousy (envy), and tons of other things.
there, that's my answer.

Well, all sin is deadly. Sin is sin it does not matter whether it is big like murder or maybe little like telling a lie. We try and measure up spiritual matters with the physical and it does not always work like that. All sin leads to death but fortunately for us God can forgive all sin as well except the sin against the Holy Spirit. So if you are looking for a deadly and unforgivable sin it would be that one. I would suggest you stay away from it though.

Failure to recognise the True Creator of all the things in this universe. Failure to differentiate the Almighty God and His creations. Today the boundary of our universe is 4 billion light years away from earth. Man cant even imagine one light year. The distance travlled by Light in one year. Sun Light takes 8 minutes to reach earth. How can we guess about the God who created such a huge universe. Using today's scientific knowledge we can easily differentiate between the Creator and His creations.

In James 2:10, we learn, For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. Thus any sin is deadly also look at Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. Notice that it does not say that one sin is worse than another.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Scripture says that it will not be forgiven in this life or the next.
Some seem to be a bit confused as to what this sin involves. Basically what it amounts to is refusal to believe in the act of repentance as being able to wipe away sins. And the result of that refusal to believe in God's forgiveness is dying unrepentant.
Matthew 12:31 (Amplified Bible)
"Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy (every evil, abusive, injurious speaking, or indignity against sacred things) can be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the [Holy] Spirit shall not and cannot be forgiven.
