Depends on physical, mental, social and emotional factors. Being physically fit, emotinally stable, loyal social circle and a postive attitude all contribue to being overall healthy.

Nope. See that's what i thought until i studied health and social care at school. A healthy lifestyle is about a healthy diet, exercising, being in good finance, having supportive relationships, good personal hygeine, a comfortable and healthy place to live, having a good social life, etc etc.. There's a lot more to it than people think!

thats to start with.
to have a healthy lifestyle you also have to be mentally healthy, have family and friends that support and love you - to be content.
