Heads do not get bigger it`s just that some put
on weight,the face may get fatter also facial
muscles tend to sag a bit plus every one`s ears nd nose
keeps growing all there life,thus heads look bigger.

I believe it has sumthin to do with hormones like HGH, growth in areas such as the head, nose, ears, feet, and hands (as well as south of tha border) tend to get larger the closer men get to 50! Obviously those things don't seem to work that well either as they grow in old age.
p.s. dont forget Sly, his head looked HUGE in that last Rocky!
