how can i get a taiwan police clearance certificate since i am here in the philippines?

I am a filipina who worked in taiwan from dec2000-nov2002, now i am applying in other country on which one of their requirements is a police clearance from taiwan since i stayed there for more than 5mos.

In Chinese, police clearance is called 良民證.

You must have someone bring authorization letter in order to process this. For the minor, the legal guardian can process this. Foreigner must have a photo copy of the passport or photo copy of the oversea chinese ID.

回郵掛號信封乙個（自行取件者免附）

You may have to get a relative or a friend in Taiwan to go to your old local police station in Taiwan and ask for one of your behalf. When I had to get a police certificate from Australia when I was living in Ireland,from Ireland I had to fax my passport information,birth certificate,and my drivers licence with a letter giving permission for the person(with their name and address) I had asked to go to get a police check certificate on my behalf. Check with them the exact procedure to be followed and documents to be given at your end.
