i'm 14 and about 2 years ago i was with my friend and it was hot, and she looked at me and said "your pits are wet" and i looked and sure enough there were little sweat rings! before then i had never even THOUGHT about perspiration! like... at all! but ever since that day i have worried about it constantly and it affects everything i do. I probably now sweat enough to water all my houseplants daily! jk but i can't wear 75% of all the cute clothes out there bcuz of it. no matter how adorable or flattering it is on me, no matter if there is a super duper sale going on, it doesn't matter, cuz the very first thing i think about is whether or not it will show sweat stains! which is realy sad if u think about it. so i have adapted my wardrobe to like, black stuff and tanktops, as these don't show as much. but i am sick and tired of dealin with it and it must be put to a stop here and now! pleeeease help me!!!! any info is good info! thank u so so so much! peace out.

I have the same problem due to anxiety, so I sweat constantly. I would suggest using an deodorant with extra wetness protection, or a roll on deodorant I found called Perspirex. You apply it to your underarms at night (no unbroken/shaved skin) and let it dry, and the next day you barely sweat there.or other areas, I suggest wearing a lightweight fabric so there is more air flow. I also keep a package of sanitary wipes in my locker and purse to just take into the bathroom and wipe off the access sweat. they are kind of like baby wipes, but they are really nice and refreshing, as well as they smell nice. A bonus: she can use them while she is menstruating to sooth her private areas if they are swollen or sore. Last of all, get her to shower every night to keep her skin clean and fresh for the next day.

Hey,
Excessive sweating is a clinical condition where parts of the body are sweating beyond what the body needs.
It is commonly an inherited condition and can affect those who suffer from it on a social, functional, and emotional level.
Heavy sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) is a very real and embarrassing problem, but there are some effective ways to treat it.
Before you hide under bulky sweaters or move to a chillier climate, you can try these proven techniques for combating excessive sweating: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org

I started sweating a lot more after my daughter was born. It's a pain in the ***. Arrid Extra Dry works well for me, along with a good dusting of baby powder. Take a look at the active ingredients on the brands you've tried, and compare them. There are three or four different things used, and in different amounts. Can you remember if some of them worked a bit better than others? If so, check for that same active ingredient in greater quantity in another brand. Good luck! :)

Okay some of this going to personal, don't kill the messenger. Hygiene is essential. Make sure you bathe twice daily. And if you are into athletics, please take a shower after. Mens deoderant, Right guard, grey with the green stripe, packs a punch, but smells clean and does the job. Your glands are overactive putitary glands..it'll be sometime before they slow down, so shower often, dry the pits..and keep an extra one in your locker or in your trapper keeper. Sweat stains come out with oxy clean the spray or powder..make sure you treat your clothes when you take them off and if white they get bleached. My son sweats like three nfl football players in a superbowl game..his cleats are not the best occupants of my vehicle so I've learned a few tricks. If you want more hints, email me...

Go to the doctor and ask for a prescription for Drysol. You use it for a few days at night in the beginning and then once a week, it sometimes sting a bit, but I've found this works the best.
