sounds like you want to get hold of someone else's return. It is illegal to pose as another person.

No one can access their tax return on line, due to security issues the IRS can not allow open access to their computer system online. If you used a paid preparer they should be able to give you access the the return you filed. If you need information from your return, you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 or 1-800-829-0922 to request transcripts of your return. You can also complete form 4506 to get an actual copy of the return, there is a 39.00 fee for copies.
