Um, when it comes to beliefs you could get a million different answers and depending on what you want to hear will be the correct one. No it is a metaphor. That would be like saying a Buddhist organ donor wouldn't be reincarnated because part of their body is with someone else. Or think about it this way Jesus gave his body for the sake of giving "life" to others, so why would his follows be treated differently for doing the same thing literally? However Jehovah witnesses doctrine frowns upon recieving blood or organs because they believe only God has the right the extend life through blood. So like I said you're going to get a wide range of answers.
