The question in which you last posted with the same video link has gotten you several responses from Military Personnel, and Para-Military Personnel, such as myself.

The guy is an obvious fake with one look. If he is not proud of what he did, then why wear his uniform? If he is going to wear his uniform, why is he wearing an outdated BDU and not a Dress Uniform? Why is he not wearing the right type undershirt, which is a BIG No, No for any Military Personnel. Why did they not show his rank, or his name badge on his uniform? Special Operations military requires your sleeves being rolled as the camoflauge pattern is not interrupted, which is clearly wrong in his photo on the wall.

As I said, and many others said before; his speech patterns are an obvious disqualifying factor for Special Ops. He does not carry himself well, he does not speak like a well trained Ranger, which is obvious if you have been around any Military Personnel.

Also, Rangers are not deployed for the type of operations in which he spoke. They are not simply patrols, or guards, nor do they partake in the simple operations. Army Rangers are a Special Operations Force that specializes in lightning fast strikes, securing landing stripes, or assisting other forces, similar to Navy SEALs.

I will say it again, as many others will.

This guy is a fake.

Like everyone else answered, this guy is not only a fake, he is now a criminal.
Federal charges have been brought against him in Washington State for trying to defraud the Govt with his "service" claims.
Just another "poser"! Being with the Navy for more than a quarter of a century of service I don't know any Army Rangers. But I would imagine that Rangers all over the world are quite pissed off about this jerk!
I don't know a lot about Army uniform regs, but as a Seabee I could spot numerous things wrong with his "uniform" right away. Like others say about the black t-shirt, to my knowledge, the Air Force is the only ones that wear black with BDUs. Also, this jerk has his sleeves rolled backwards for Army/Air Force personnel. The Navy and Marines roll their sleeves like this jerk.
I hope the Govt throws the book at this a-hole!

Looks like there is a consensus.

FAKE!

But I guess that is what the anti-war people cling to.

If you want to see a real documentary on what the war in Iraq is like, find "The War Tapes" on the Military Channel. It's footage from cameras in the field, not from reporters. It's edited, and has a liberal slant, but you will see war up close and personal. You will see what the soldiers are really doing over there, and what they have to go through.

war and politics all boil down to an opinion if you ask another veteran from the same unit the same question he will answer diffrently as will any person its a credible opinion about the war if u ask me

i want to know why he was wearing BDU camo when it should have ben DCU or ACU unifrom the army no longer uses BDUs and hasnt for about 2 years now he is studdering in the vid which kinda leads me to say he is not telling the truth but rather what he was told to say by the media mabe he has a disorder who knows

Everyone is going to have thoughts about the war. If you talk to most combat MOS soldiers they do believe in what they are doing in Iraq. Jesse is a fake and has it has been proven. The problem is the media only talks to that handful of soldiers who complain about the war..not the majority who believe in what they are doing and are willing to go back as long as needed. Support our Troops!!!

No, that was retarded.

I was able to tell he was a fake after 1 minute.

There was so much wrong with that, that It would take me an hour to highlight all of it.

For one his uniform is wrong in the picture.
Beret folded to wrong side, wrong flash, wrong patchs, wrong wear of BDUs, ect.
It looks like he bought a uniform at an army navy store and threw it on....(you would think he would at least have gotten Desert and not BDUs, god were they even trying)...why does he wear an SF patch when he says he was a ranger...if he were a ranger he would have a ranger patch....he didn't even have a ranger tab! OR EVEN AIRBORNE WINGS!

ALL BIG NO NOs. Maybe to a civilian they would not notice, but to a veteran he might as well be wearing a clown suit
He has pin on rank for petes sake!

The whole thing about picking people up in Suwon made no sense.

You don;t get picked for Ranger school.

the terminology he used was all wrong.

The story about the briefing was nonsense.

That guy is 120 soaking wet....He was not a ranger.

Rangers only do tours of 3 months...nobody does 16 months!

Everything he says about Iraq...is just plain wrong, and shows he has never been there or has any idea about what military operations or even the country is like

his stories don't make any sense at all.

I could go on and on....this is just some stuttering retard.

we got c-c-caravaned into b-b-b-baghdad...WTF?

This is not just a fake, but the worst fake ever...ever

EDIT:

ok, I looked this piece of trash up on the internet:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesse_Macbeth

Jesse Adam Macbeth (b. Jesse Adam Al-Zaid,[1] in 1984) falsely claimed to be an Army Ranger and veteran of the Iraq War. He lied in alternative media interviews that he and his unit routinely committed war crimes in Iraq.

According to the U.S. Army, there is no record of Macbeth being a Ranger,[6][7] or serving in a combat unit: he was discharged from the service after having been declared unfit or unsuitable for the Army, or both,[8] before he could complete basic training

The video repeatedly referenced Iraq Veterans Against the War, though the organization later stated that the use of its name was unauthorized.[12] It was removed from the site May 23, 2006 after Army spokesman John Boyce said Macbeth had never been an Army Ranger.

Macbeth's form DD-214, "Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty" record shows he entered U.S. Army service May 1, 2003 and separated from the Army June 13, 2003, without completing basic training, and with no authorization for decorations, medals, badges, citations or campaign ribbons.[9]

The first known media report of Macbeth representing himself as an Iraq war veteran was the Eastern Arizona Courier article. An April 6, 2004 Arizona Indymedia article places him at the center of a dispute at a coffee shop near a campus of Arizona State University. Macbeth alleged that he was asked to leave the shop because he was wearing his uniform. The dispute eventually became a protest, covered in articles and editorials by the Arizona State University student newspaper, The State Press. An April 23, 2004 guest editorial attributed to Macbeth also appeared in The State Press about the protest and dispute, noting that he had already spent 16 months in Iraq. (The war's duration was only 13 months then.) The writer also asserted that he was about to be redeployed.

On September 28, 2004, Macbeth was convicted of fraudulent use of a credit card in Graham County (Arizona) Superior Court. Court records pertaining to the case also indicate parole activity through May of 2006. [21]

It is the great uncertainty much of our country has that makes it easy for the government to continue its war. I have not watched the video yet but I will say from my experiece in Iraq, someone droped the ball big time. This guy might be lying but my shrapnel wound doesn't

I'm not even going to bother with the clip. Why? Because until I hear him speak personally I will not believe what can be easily edited to promote someones agenda.

You found it on youtube.com, enough said. How many Army Rangers do you think stutter repeatedly? youtube.com can be entertaining, but too many people use the videos as fact.
