Im 5"5 124 eat about 1600-1650 calories daily trying to stay the same or lose alittle weight i counted that i ate 138 grams of carbs today is that little or okay or should i be eating less too lose weight i eat pretty healthy

Your eating less! A 138 grams of carbohydrates provides only 552 calories which is insufficient for you. You should add up some proteins and little fat as well.

that is not too much - its 552cal from carbs - 33.5% of your diet are carbs (55-60% is suggested daily intake) so you might want to up it a little unless you are on a low carb diet
