NO!
Call your vet.

absolutely NOT! No medicine unless it comes from the Vet. Cats are very sensitive, small bodies with a high metabolism, decongestants are stimulants and not good for a cats heart. Call the Vet see what they say.

NO! You will kill it! You may give an infant's dose of Benadryl ( NO decongestant and NO Tylenol or aspirin),but if your cat is congested,it probably has a respiratory infection or virus, and should be seen by a vet.

NEVER GIVE YOUR CAT HUMAN MEDICATION OF ANY KIND IT COULD KILL IT,Im asuming you want the decongestant because of a hairball problem(couging) give your cat plenty of water and some grass to eat, brush him/her to remove excess fur daily.

you should not give your cat any medicine not made for a cat...you could kill him!...you must bring him to a vet or at least talk to one...cats can have allergies, colds, upper respiratory infections just like people, but they can not be medicated the same way
