I've had trouble with it all of my life but never really took action on it. I have just decided that I'm going to start college 1st semester instead of 2nd so I am definitely going to need something to help with this fast. College starts sometime late august I think it is and I have no clue where to go for help with this. I struggled in high school alot because of it and I honestly have no clue how I'll make it through college without some kind of medication. Should I just go to my local hospital or something and talk to a doctor? Or where can I go. I live in florence alabama if that helps thanks!

start with interest. if you like what you study that makes it easier. friends help. get together for review. breathe deep. breathe slowly. feel your heart beat. you are in absolute control of your entire body. the brain is the chemical side. try regulating the chemicals yourself first. pace is a big issue for our generation because we learn faster than ever before. there is nothing wrong with that no matter what they say. be carefull drugs quickly become cructches and then you cant live without them. good luck!

if you don't know what to do get a doctor and then tell them all the problems. then they will find someone for you to see it could be specialist or something but they will help and get you started on the right path

Yes, go to your doctor. If you can't get help soon enough there, you can go to your health clinic as soon as you get to college.
