i believe there are a few men who are raised to truly respect a woman despite their own motives...they are rare and usually taken, but they do exist through time the notion has lessened so we get variations of the "real" man...

I personally know quite a few. they actually care about the girl, respect her, and care about her honor.
the women seem to want someone who puts them down, or doesn't even know the meaning of the word honor. honestly there are girls out there who like having someone who cares about their honor, but to the guys they look boring, and the girls that look "interesting" don't care about their own honor.

i totally believe there are, because i know of quite a few. actually the ones i know all go to my church, but i also believe that really good guys are few and far between. they're hard to find.
they're not always the cutest guys, or the most outgoing, or the funniest. integrity also isn't always immediately apparent. but the guys i know, the more you get to know them, you just see how they take care of you. they look out for you.
but as the saying goes, a good man is hard to find.

I'd have to say 'yes' because I've dated men who were very careful about my reputation and careful not to take advantage of me.
As I get older, men are less concerned about this, but that only makes sense, imo.

There are. I have one them. He's a great guy and awesome man of God. I'm proud of him and when we have an issue I can come to him with out being afraid that he's going to get upset with me or last out. He's kind and understanding he trys hard to please me. I love him with all my heart. Oh and he respects me and himself we both are waiting till marriage to make love. We've known each other for about 3 years now.

The word honor and respect...what a foul word......real men stopped existing years ago......and that is why women cheat and seek out others......
