Yes, because I have faith in people.
Some of us do that anyway.

One day they will. Religious philosophies derive their purpose and direction from many sources and that very fact naturally leads to differences in viewpoints and opinions. Oddly the three you name take their direction from many of the same ancient sources.
The question you really ask; Why do they ignore the polemics? Simplest answer they are bad for business. Think of religion as a working philosophy, the devoted or a convert will identify with the aims and procedures (doctrine, dogma) that are nearest to those that he or she's life experience matches. This would be okay if it were done rationally and consciously. But if one ignores the polemics (controversies within and without) that person will lose sight of the differences; and in losing sight of the differences one is denied the opportunity to understand other ways of thinking. Then it becomes easy to believe without any rational justification that there are no other ways of thinking or at least none of any value. Atheists do it too.
For example: many might think I just described moral relativity, but they are the lost. Moral relativity is an abstract that can not logically exist. If philosophically the only constant is change, then the moral relativity that has caused the atrophying of understanding will logically be replaced by a moral juxtaposition of the major religious philosophies and then the opportunity WOULD present itself.
Sadly; remember the supposed philosophical constant. And ask if it happened today would it continue tomorrow?

They would walk together even today but for their Clerics[religious teachers, preachers, religioisits, hardliners, and all such people with vested interests],because unless tutored, brain washed or manipulated, all humans have a basic instinct and urge to live together peacefully. Take any religion which is in the news for worst reasons and try to gauge the magnitude of participation of it's followers. We shall find that but for a small minority, the majority are nonparticipants and silent spectators.Even today,in almost all the mixed communities, people of different religions and faith are living together quiet peacefully.

I believe the Christians in the reglious aspect because they believe the same way I believe. I have a smart Jewish friend and she helps me with my school work so I believe that she will help me. There are many ways to believe someone. Indeed I do think they will all walk together. It says in the bible every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is lord :)

Yes, because G-d says so. It is happening now in Israel among Messianic believers, Christians, and Muslims who have repented.
Read about Tas-- a man who came to speak at my Messianic synagogue and Moran.

from Isaiah 19
18 In that day five cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan (Hebrew) and swear allegiance to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of Destruction.
19 In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to the Lord at its border. 20 It will be a sign and witness to the Lord Almighty in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and he will rescue them. 21 So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will acknowledge the Lord. They will worship with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and keep them. 22 The Lord will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them.
23 In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together. 24 In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth. 25 The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.”
When people repent from hating others... when they turn to G-d in repentance, they can begin to share His heart of love towards His Jewish people.
