Aw. Let me start by saying that this is really sweet and I'm glad to find there's more than one good guy in the world. =] I'm not sure how long it's been since you two have hung out, but I don't think you should confess undying love to her or anything. lol. I'm not sure that was the plan anyways, but make sure she knows you're there for her & hint around that you still care. If she catches the hint she might bring something up, or you can just wait for a good moment & tell her, but I recommend giving it a day or two so she can get close to you again. =] It also depends on why you two broke up. You can IM me or email me if you need advice I'm always willing to help. =] Much love.good luck. ~ Jo

In my opinion, your girlfriend needs to be on medication on a regular basis since she has bi-polar disorder. How do I know you ask? I was diagnosed in 1980 with the same disease. I am also capable of living life. I think it is wonderful that you want this girl and are not afraid of her illness. I still think it would freak out alot of people to accept anyone in her shoes. What I am saying is I have a great deal of respect for you and what you wish to do. Also, make sure she has a good psychiatrist she can speak with. Best of luck I wish to both of you.

Encourage her to get on medication!!! Not only is she making you miserable, but it is dangerous when she goes through the depression stage. So many bipolar people commit suicide during that stage.
