I was talking to a friend of mine. He's asked me my age on many different occasions. He asked me again, but I wouldn't tell him. He said it was freaking him out that I wouldn't tell him. I asked why and he said, because you're going to say 16 or 17. Does this mean he's interested in me, but afraid that I'm underage? He won't tell me straight out. I haven't told him my age, because I thought it might freak him out, and now I know it will. What does he mean by this? Is he interested? Is there any chance that he isn't? Is there any logical reason for him saying this, besides being interested? Please help.

He should only be worried about your age if hes wanting to have sex with you, then he might not like you at all he might just want you. What you should do is invite him out somewhere (not necessarily a date) flirt with him and stuff and see if he flirts back. During the date or shortly after tell him your age, if he suddenly becomes distant or suddenly not interested then he might of been using you or interested in you for the wrong reasons. Hope I helped

Simple explanation is because if you ae under 18 and he is over, he can go to jail for up to 10 years in prison. Just tell him your actual age cause in reality, by lying, you could ruin a person's life. Not to mention, if prosecuted, he'll be identified as a "Sex Offender" which you can't get removed of his record.

How much older is he than you? He is wanting to know your age so that he can't get charged with statutory rape. And if he is that much older than you and you are a minor, you really need to leave him alone. Find someone your own age. You won't regret it. You will have more in common with someone close to your own age.

If this guy is too old for you, (which he obviously is) maybe you should wait until you are 18. You know, rather than play games with someone who could go to jail for being involved with you. Although--if this guys got a brain at all, he's running.

Are you really that anxious to get in trouble? Stay away from the older guys until you are old enough to know what's going on. You are much too young, and will definitely end up in trouble.
