find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You don't look 333 lbs!
To lose weight :
First go for brisk walks. They are great for burning fats and trimming lower body fats.
Next, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight. There are no hunger pangs too.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Hi Linda... just take it slow. That is the best way to lose the weight and keep it off.
The first place to start is to make an appointment with your doctor. He will most likely want to do a physical as well as give you some good suggestions..
Please do not skip meals. Ask your doctor about this. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day btw.
If you haven't exercised up to this point start with walking daily. You can increase your exercise activity gradually. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veggies. Limit your intake of fats and sugar. Drink plenty of water and get adequate rest.
Perhaps you can find a weight loss buddy or even join weight watchers.

No. You can’t do it. It’s too much in too little time. However I have faith that if you stop stressing on TIME, you will loose the weight week by week and month by month and you’ll do it in a healthy way so that when you do get thinner, you´ll also look healthy, not just skinny. And you will shine!!!!
I’m sure you know he basics; eat well, sleep well, exercise and DO NOT STRESS. good luck and DON'T take any chemicals or anything unnatural.

look about 200 pounds less in your pic....but eat anything thats 0-100 calories and only eat 800 a day and go on websites that tell you how many calories you burn off doing what and burn off 800 calories a day then burn off 900 then 1000 untill you are at your goal weight
