Does that make them a non-Christian?

They believe in God the father, Jesus the son and Gods holy spirit, but not as a triune. All separate and individually.

Taking the comments here which are for and against, it comes down to the saying: " D-mned if I do and d-mned if I don't."

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. – Jesus. John 5:24
For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." – Jesus. John 6:40

Believes in Jesus will make the person follow Jesus. If anyone follows the Way, it will lead to eternal life.

I cant understand/comprehend trinity so much, but I know that God and Jesus share the one in one relationship and Holy Spirit dwells among people because God has blessed me with His precious gift. John 14 gives more understanding on Father, Son and Holy Spirit relationship.

Here's my testimony,

Remember its not 1+1+1=1???

Rather its 1x1x1=1!!! So simple!
If you don't believe the trinity you are NOT In Christ!

By denying Jesus or denying The Father is as denying God Himself, because they are One!

1John 2:22 -23 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: but he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

John 10:30 I and my Father are one.

Even in the Old Testament, shadows of the Trinity can be seen as is demonstrated by the following verses:

· GENESIS 1:26-27: “…‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;’...And God created man in His own image.…”

· ISAIAH 48:16b: “And now the Lord God has sent Me, and His Spirit.”

· 2 SAMUEL 23:2-3: “The Spirit of the LORD spoke.…The God of Israel said…The Rock of Israel spoke.…”

· ZECHARIAH 2:8-11: “For thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘…Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me.…behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,’ declares the LORD. ‘…and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you.’ ”

· ZECHARIAH 12:10: “…they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him.…”

THE THREE PERSONS OF THE TRINITY ARE SHOWN TO BE DISTINCT: by employing the term “person” to represent the uniqueness of the individuals of the Trinity, one must not perceive that we are implying that these persons each have bodies of flesh an bones.
The term “person” is used to designate the qualities and attributes of personhood that they manifest as they relate to each other.
For example, note how the Son prays to the Father (John 17), the Father sends the Son (John 3:16-17; Matthew 3:16-17), and the Father “knows” the “mind” of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:27), while the Holy Spirit “searches” the depths of God and “knows” the thoughts of God (1 Cor. 2:10-11).

WHILE EACH OF THE THREE PERSON POSSESS THE ATTRIBUTES OF DEITY, THEY ARE EACH ADDRESSED AS “GOD”: The following will illustrate some of the passages from which the doctrine of the Trinity is derived.
Take note of how each member of the Trinity has the attributes of Deity and each perform tasks that only God can do.

To give you a basic idea of how the trinity became Christian, you have to go back to the days of Roman emperor Constantine, the Roman ruler who made apostate Christianity the state religion. At the time, a big religious dispute arose that threatened to divide his empire. In the dispute, Arius, a church official and his followers strongly believed that Jesus was a created being, and thus was inferior to his Father. On the other side of the dispute was Athanasius, another church official who, along with his supporters, believed that Jesus and the Father were co-equal. So Constantine called for a meeting of the bishops to decide who was right and who was wrong. The meeting came to be called the Council of Nicea in 325 CE. Constantine, who was still a sun-worshipping pagan, favored Athanasius and his followers, NOT because he thought they were right, but because there were MORE who thought like Athanasius than Arius and his followers.

After the meeting, a formal creed was drawn called the Nicene Creed. Strangely though, it did not include the holy spirit being equal with the Father and Son. That did not happen until the Council of Alexandria in 361 CE when the holy spirit was made equal to the Father and Son. In the year 381 C.E., another council met in Constantinople and declared that the holy spirit should be worshiped and glorified just as the Father and Son were. One year later, in 382 C.E., another synod met in Constantinople and affirmed the full divinity of the holy spirit. Later, the trinitarian formula was written up in a creed called the Athanasian Creed. In part, it says: "So likewise the Father is Almighty, the Son Almighty, and the Holy Ghost Almighty. And yet they are not Three Almighties but One Almighty. So there is One Father, not Three Fathers; one Son, not Three Sons; One Holy Ghost, not Three Holy Ghosts. And in this Trinity none is afore or after Other, None is greater or less than Another, but the whole Three Persons are Co-eternal together, and Co-equal."

People who believe the trinity has a Biblical foundation are dead wrong. There is not one verse in the Bible that says God is composed of 3 co-equal, co-eternal persons. Not one.

Those who believe the trinity are not true Christians. And why should they be? Neither Jesus nor his disciples wrote anything about a trinity. It is a false doctrine.

Trinity is not a Biblical belief, the Bible is cleary a monothiestic book. The Council of Nicea came up with the concept of the Trinity, which ws basically reviving the trinity of Ancient Babylon.I am a Christian and believe in One God, God being a Spirit chose to come to earth and was born into Human form in the person we call Jesus. then after 33 1/3 years He returned to the throne in Heaven, In Rev. 4 we see that there is one throne in Heaven and One sits on it, that is Jesus. Trinitarians are sadly decieved by the Roman Catholic Heresy. I reccomend you learn about the Trinity and its Babyloniah beginnings by going to www.thunderministries.com
We would of course agree that there is only one Satan, so why do you believe God must be 3?

It means that one needs to study the Bible more. For example, In Genesis 1:1, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Then in verse 2, "...And the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters..."
In John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. 2. All things were made through Him and without Him nothing was made that was made."
Acts 5:3,4, " But Peter said, "Ananias why has Satan filled your hear to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained...You have not lied to men but to God."
Maybe this will help see that the three are one and the same.
Respectfully,

That is exactly what the mormons beleive except the Bible says they are one.

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 1 John 5:7

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

JW's just deny it all together. This is a central doctrine to True Christianity and to deny this is to call God a liar.

God can't lie. Titus 1:2

So it's the mormons an jw's who are lying.

They are then either polytheistic (which is against the teachings of Scripture), unbelievers in the deity of Christ (again, against what the Bible says. To those who disagree, ie--JWs, they misinterpret and take Scripture out of context), or just don't understand the Bible yet.

Does that make them a non-Christian? I don't know. It's not my decision. If I met you, I would say that you are a believer who doesn't yet know all the answers...something I suspect that most everyone else would say about me.

Good luck finding those answers.

If you exclude those who don't believe in a trinity from being Christians you would have to exclude:

Paul, Eph 1:3, 17 The God and Father of Jesus
Peter, 1 Pet 1:3 The God and Father of Jesus Christ
John, Rev 1:6, his (Jesus') God and Father
Jesus, Rev 3:12 My God, My God, My God, My God

Jehovah, Matt 3:17, This is my Son, the beloved, whom I have approved.

The Trinity is a foundational belief of Christianity - it is what God has told us - that there is a Father, Son and Holy Spirit - God in three persons.
If we believe that God has revealed this to us we can't really say we don't believe it or reject it, and be in agreement with God.

Not everyone who calls themselves Christian are actually Christians. Anyone who reads the Bible will see the Trinity-God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit- in it's pages.
