I switch deoderants, but i know this is psychological. I feel nervous and I can't relax. It's anxiety and it's crippling me slowly. I want to feel "normal" again w/o drugs if possible.

I socialize often. I am a teacher, but my students are 6-7 so my adult contacts are a little more intimidating these days. Thing is I do quite well in one-onone interaction, but it's small group type stuff that finds me squirm

Oh man!!
I thought I was the only person that Majorly 'Sweats' under the Arm-Pitts due to anxiety and nervousness, lol.
So you Do too?
Yeah, I use to Worry what type of T-shirts to Ware around my Circle-of-Friends. I still Worry even after 32 years of Major Sweating.
Shirts that did 'NOT Show Sweat' under my arm pitts in my younger years I wore mostly.
Actually, I still Sweat alot at ago 45.
I thought the older I get, the LESS Sweat for me. ---- Wrong! lol
I Sweat like 5 times more than the average person under my arm pitts when around people talking. More on my right side, I Sweat more.
And I Hate it too, dude! Can be very very Imbarressing and Humiliating.
So you're not alone. My arm pitts become major (Water Falls) also : )
I'm in my mid-40's now and I still Sweat heck alot like a bloodhound dog.....as if I was 20 years old still.
--------------------------
There No real Cure for you and I, dude. But, they do have ''arm pitt sweat-gland' operations that Surgents perform so the Sweat Glands don't produce Sweat that much. Side affects ?? Maybe but what type? Not sure.

This is a serious answer, as silly as it may sound.
What is it about social interactions that makes you nervous? Are you worried you might say the wrong thing etc? You need to change your mindset before you enter these group interactions. Think of something funny beforehand, or better yet, tell yourself "these people are not better than me, why should I feel nervous talking to them?" Say things like that to yourself over and over. And if certain people make you feel nervous, always remember that they poop too!! Oprah said that on her show once and that has stuck with me... "if I'm really intimidated by someone, I just remind myself 'they poop too' " LOL, she said that and I thought that was a wonderful way to think!

You should try to take some deep breaths, I used to have anxiety and still do sometimes, think about other things, or see yourself being successful in those interactions and you might feel better.

Sorry to say, it seems to be an occupational hazard.
The more established you become in your job, and the more experienced with parents, the more relaxed you'll feel, and the less they will "make you sweat".
