I wanna make a really good Pasta Sause?

Try this:

FAST CREAMY PASTA SAUCE

4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. dried basil

In a small saucepan, melt butter in oil. Add garlic, cheese, and basil, stirring to blend over medium-low heat. Stir in cream.
Makes about 1 cup of sauce that can be tossed on your favorite pasta.

For a variation, try adding a can of chicken noodle soup along with your cooked pasta when sauce is done. Heat and serve.

Here's a quick recipe for and Easy but Delicious Pasta Sauce:

1 lb hot turkey Italian Sausage, casings removed
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 28 oz can good tomato sauce
1 15 oz can diced tomatos with oregano and basil
1/2 cup olive oil
3 T dried Italian Herbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 T kosher salt (or to taste)
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, garlic and sausage until cooked. Add the remaining ingrediants and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta shapes!

I don't think I'd consider this a sauce, but its really good and even easier to make.

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 glove of garlic (minced/smashed)

heat olive oil in small skillet with garlic until garlic STARTS to turn a golden color (don't let it go too far or you'll get a burnt garlic taste), remove from heat. Toss your pasta with this.
Simple, tasty.

so you put an alright amount butter and a cup of milk in a pan. medium heat.
add a cup of sour cream 1/2 cup cream cheese and shake parmasian cheese (the kind in the shaker bottle) in.

mix until a sauce and put over noodles.

quick and easy alfredo.
